Return
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@gowishgo.com to initiate a return request. All return requests are subject to evaluation and our friendly Customer Service will be glad to guide you through it. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Should you wish to exchange an item you received due to issues with size or quality, this can be arranged by simply following our return procedures and specifying Exchange as your desired resolution.
Do note that exchanges are an alternative resolution for returns and are bound by the same guidelines and limitations.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Note:
- Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered to be eligible for return/exchange.
- Unfortunately, all on sale items cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund. And we cannot accept returns on items paid by gift cards.
- We only return the price of the item you paid, the shipping fee of the order will not be included in refunds and we also do not offer free return shipping.
- For security reasons, refunds will only be transferred back to the original mode of payment you used when placing your order.
- For situations that may need refunds transferred to another account, we would be happy to provide the refund as a voucher instead.
- To ensure that your return is valid and eligible for a refund:
- Always process a return request in accordance with our return procedure
- Be sure to provide the tracking number as soon as you ship your return
